*New* The Carlyle 305

Moyen pour le prix que nous avons payé Positive: L'appartement est très bien situé! Negative: Il n'est pas très équipe, c'était très bruyant, la nuit les machines de climatisation faisaient des gros bruit!

Great location Positive: Close to beach… good size condo. Property manager was very accommodating!! Negative: Elevator didn’t work & we had no prior warning. Minimal kitchen cookware & utensils if you’re planning on cooking your meals. No dish cloths or face cloths.

The unit inside is a beautiful space but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cob webbs in the corners and lighting fixtures. The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. The biggest disappointment was the balcony, we were not able to actually sit out and enjoy because it was so dirty and the furniture was very dirty and full of dead bugs on the seating. The unit is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with but the overall cleanliness of the inside and especially the balcony was disappointing.

Positive: Lots of space and a great location Negative: Not enough towels and there was no laundry soap to even wash them. Bare min cooking supplies

Great location and accommodations. Excellent communication with the PM team. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
